The front walkways and entry areas were slippery and the property needed a quick fix so staff and patients could get in and out safely. We responded right after the phone call and sent out a crew to apply ice melt and shovel the front walkways.

Our team worked quickly and completed the initial cleanup within a few hours of the call. While we were finishing up, several people came out to thank us for getting the walkways and parking areas cleared, and the property manager was relieved to have the problem addressed.
